Raid Shield

Watches for raids and scams as they build. It slows chat, holds new joiners and removes scam messages on its own, and asks you before it locks anything.

Deletes every link in every channel. Staff, and one role you choose, can still share them.

Tickets

One button opens a private channel for the member and your staff. Claim it, close it with a confirmation, and the transcript is saved.

Raid Shield

It escalates in four steps, and you stay in charge of the last one.

Jewel scores every join and message for raid signals: bursts of joins, brand-new accounts made at the same moment, copy-paste spam, names that imitate your staff, and scam links.

  1. Level 0

    Calm

    Nothing unusual. Jewel keeps watching.

  2. Level 1

    Watch

    The staff panel changes colour and Jewel looks harder at new members.

  3. Level 2

    Alert

    Chat slows down, new joiners are held, and scam and copy-paste messages are removed.

  4. Level 3

    Lockdown

    Jewel recommends it. Public channels lock only when a staff member presses the button.

  • Everything lifts by itself after about ten calm minutes.
  • Jewel never bans or kicks anyone on its own.
  • Staff are never touched, and /shield off stops it all.
  • Rehearse with /shield drill 2. No member is affected.

Setup

Ready in a few minutes.

  1. Give Jewel a role

    Add Jewel to your server and give its role permission to manage channels and roles, and to kick, ban, time out and delete messages.

  2. Tell it who your staff are

  3. Open tickets for your members

    /ticketpanel

    Post it in your support channel. Tickets borrow a spare role named like Ticket 1 for each open ticket, so create one for every ticket you want open at once.

Live music with no pause button.

Someone plays, Jewel streams it, and everyone hears the same moment on the website. When a broadcast starts, Jewel also posts it in your server's radio channel.
